Usg abdomen
Uterus is bulky in size 90* 60 * 55 mm . A hypoechoic mass measuring 17* 18 mm is seen in posterior wall of uterus. Another hypoechoic mass measuring 19* 20 mm is seen in anterior wall of uterus. Both overies normal.
Symptom ; severe pain in lower abdomen umbilicus region heavy bleeding [ menorrhagia metrorrhagia ] patient Hb 5 gram% due to heavy bleeding other symptoms hyperacidity hypotension weakness

Uterus is anteverted, mild bulky. No mass is seen in the walls of uterus. Endometrial thickness is up to 6 mm. cervix is normal. Both ovaries are normal. No mass fluid is seen in pelvis. Patient original ultrasound reports presents in my clinic. after treatment patient Hb 11 gram %
